In the event of rainy weather, high temperature and high humidity will inevitably lead to agglomeration of the feed and even mildew. This not only causes economic losses to the feed mill, but also poses a safety hazard to the farmers. How can we effectively reduce the temperature of finished feed products? First, ensure that the cooler works well. The normal operation of the cooler plays a crucial role in reducing the temperature of the material. Properly increasing the speed of the fan can quickly cool the feed, and the air outlet should be cleaned regularly to ensure stable ventilation. Second, extend the cooling time appropriately. Adjust the height of the leveler in the cooler to extend the cooling time of the feed, so as to better reduce the temperature of the material. Third, the granulation speed is appropriately lowered. The granulation speed is too fast, resulting in a short residence time of the feed in the cooler, insufficient cooling, and appropriate reduction of the feeding and granulation speed, thereby ensuring sufficient cooling of the feed. Fourth, the packager should monitor it in time. In addition to the above points, monitoring before packaging is also crucial. The packager should regularly monitor the material temperature. Once the material temperature is too high, the package should be stopped immediately, and the central control and maintenance should be notified to adjust.
