Lubricant related knowledge of the reducer of the robot

Reducer lubricants - the difference between butter, oil, lubricants, grease
The so-called "butter" is the most common grease (common No. 2 lithium base grease). The butter is yellow, and it will turn black after use!
The "oil" commonly referred to in the factory is the most common lubricant (for example: #32 rail oil, spindle oil). The oil is liquid, his color is light blue before it wears out, and it becomes black after being worn.
Lubricating oils are liquid oils that are classified into different viscosity grades, such as #10, #22, #32, ... #220, #320, and the like. Generally used for sliding parts, compressors, etc. of gearboxes, hydraulic systems, guide rails and plain bearings. Among them, automotive engine oil (vehicle oil) needs to have high temperature resistance, and its viscosity is based on the American Automotive Engineering Association (SAE) standard, for example: 10W-40.
The grease is gelatinous and consists of a base oil (lubricating oil) + thickener (simply like "water + flour"). It is generally used in rolling bearings, small gearboxes (such as pistol drills, juicers, transmission components in optical drives), and other places where it is necessary to prevent loss and long lubrication life.
