ThyssenKrupp Group is a German industrial giant. It was formed from the merger of ThyssenKrupp AG and Krupp AG in 1999 and has made important contributions to the European steel industry and machine manufacturing industry. The group's product range covers steel, automotive technology, machine manufacturing, engineering design, and trading. It operates in all parts of the world.

During the inspection, the two parties conducted in-depth discussions on cooperation in aluminum products. The relevant person in charge of Liaoning Zhongwang Group spoke highly of the results achieved since the cooperation with ThyssenKrupp Group. Both parties believed that it is in the mutual interest of both parties to further deepen exchanges and cooperation in related fields.

As the current industrial aluminum extrusion business of Liaoning Zhongwang Group's three profitable engines, its revenue in 2013 was 11.91 billion yuan, accounting for 83.3% of total revenue. Up to now, Liaoning Zhongwang Group has 93 aluminum extrusion production lines, among which there are 21 large-tonnage aluminum extrusion presses with 75MN and above, including 4 world's most advanced 125MN extruders, with an annual production capacity exceeding 1 million. Ton. In addition, the two 225 MN single-action horizontal aluminum extruders currently ordered by the Group for a total consideration of RMB 707 million will be gradually put into operation in 2015 as planned. The newly-increased production facilities have effectively improved the quality and production efficiency of the Group's large-section industrial aluminum extrusion products, and also expanded the economies of scale.

In 2013, the annual consumption of aluminum extrusion materials in the world was approximately 22.45 million tons, an increase of 7.8% from approximately 20.83 million tons in 2012. China's aluminum extrusion industry continues to exceed the pace of economic growth in China, showing that aluminum extrusion products play an increasingly important role in China's economic development. According to relevant statistics, the annual consumption of aluminum extrusions in China increased by 11.2% from approximately 12.56 million tons in 2012 to approximately 13.96 million tons in 2013, of which the consumption of industrial aluminum extrusion materials was approximately 4.69 million tons, compared with 2012. The annual increase of approximately 4.17 million tons is 12.5%. Although there is still a gap between the proportion of industrial aluminum profiles used in specific application areas and developed countries, these gaps and potential demand coexist as China's aluminum processing, including the aluminum extrusion industry in China. The industry has provided tremendous opportunities for development.
