Common splicing methods for roofing panels

Roofing is generally done by the usual way of splicing from the ridge to the eaves, or by ridges to rafters. If the roof lighting rate does not meet the indoor lighting requirements, the number of lighting belts can be increased. Because the FRP lighting plate is a thermosetting material, it is difficult to achieve the same effect as the molding plate during the production, so if it is overlapped, it is easy to cause water leakage due to the overlap. In particular, the special plate type, such as the corner car, is difficult to handle in a skylight-like point lighting lap, and the water leakage is extremely dangerous.
It is recommended that the glazing plate and the steel plate be lapped from the ridge to the eaves, or from the ridge to the rafter in the house for the following reasons:
(1) The lighting process differs from the forming process of the steel plate. It is known that the steel plate is cold-rolled and its corner is usually small. The lighting plate is thermoformed, and its corner is usually too large (if the corner is too small, the stress will be large, and it will not be good for storage and use). This makes it preferable to buckle the lighting plate on the steel plate.
(2) For the above reasons, the peak of the lighting board is usually slightly larger than the steel plate. The lighting plate is fastened to the steel plate for more fitting. If there is a steel plate (especially the angle Chi type III) attached to the lighting plate, the buckle will not fit together, and even the peak of the lighting plate will be fractured, causing water leakage.
(3) The horizontal arrangement of continuous lighting panels should not be too wide, because during the construction process, because the lighting belt is too wide, the construction workers will step on the treads when they cross the lighting belt, and the pedaling is likely to cause the lighting panels. Cracking, leading to water leakage; more often, after the lighting plate is stepped on, causing personnel to fall, forming a safety accident, it will cause great regret!
