Petrochemical industry forms a complete set of domestic leading wastewater treatment technology

After nearly 4 years of technical research, it has formed a domestically advanced wastewater treatment complete technology including organic chemical, inorganic chemical and fine chemical, which provides technical support for the green development of the petrochemical industry.

Nitrochlorobenzene wastewater treatment industry was a puzzle. In the past 10 years, Nanhua has repeatedly explored and tried various treatment methods, which have defects such as excessively weak catalyst activity, unsuitable for long-term use or solid waste treatment, and open process treatment. In 2009, the group company organized the Nanhua and Beijing Research Institute of Chemical Industry to take the lead in technical research on this difficulty. Experts have been conducting research on the site for a long time, and have intensified the oxidation treatment technology to achieve long-term continuous and stable operation of the wastewater treatment plant. The post-COD content is also reduced by 53.4% ​​compared to catalytic oxidation or electrolytic oxidation. The company's nitrochlorobenzene wastewater enhanced oxidation treatment unit was put into use in August 2011, with a stable operation rate of 97%. In addition, the technical transformation of wastewater water phase polymerization to make coal water slurry was put into use in August last year, and 20 tons of nitrobenzene wastewater was digested every hour.

This time, CCCC marked the two sub-projects with the longest line, the most complicated technology and the most difficult construction. The existing equipment is perfect or the new sewage disposal and diversion, and the comprehensive sewage treatment plant expansion and transformation into the production preparation stage. The comprehensive treatment capacity of sewage will reach 15,600 cubic meters per day, and the biochemical treatment capacity of inorganic wastewater will be added. The company will steadily advance the project trial production and summary work to ensure that the company will be out of the year.
