Air box pulse duster specifications analysis

Air box pulse dust collector is a kind of bag filter. The term dust collector refers to the air box pulse dust collector.
The air box pulse purse type dust collector body is divided into a plurality of box areas, each box has 32, 64, 96 pieces of filter bags, there is a cylinder-driven poppet valve on the outlet pipe of each box side. When the Keda pulse dust collector filters dusty gas for a certain period of time, the dust removal controller will send a signal. The poppet valve of the first chamber will start to shut off and cut off the filtered air flow; then the pulse valve of the chamber will open to greater than 0. The compressed air of 4 MPa rushes into the purging chamber and removes the dust on the filter bag; when this action is completed, the poppet valve is opened again to allow the chamber to be filtered again, and all cleaning actions are performed in accordance with the above procedure.
The air box pulse dust remover adopts the bin chamber to clean the dust. When the dust is removed, it is isolated from the tank and rotated in turn. The pulse and cleaning cycle of each chamber is automatically and continuously performed by the cleaning program controller according to a preset procedure, thereby ensuring the effect of compressed air cleaning. The entire box design adopts the structure of the inlet and outlet manifolds. The ash bucket can be extended under the inlet manifold to allow the incoming dust-containing flue gas to directly enter the expanded hopper to achieve pre-dust removal. Therefore, the air bag pulse bag dust collector can not only handle the normal concentration of dust gas, but also can handle high concentrations of dust gas.
